Yea, the Ex from what it looks like is for sure in some big time trouble. Hunter and Wooten, hard to tell at this point. All we know is they were filmed having sex and it got out somehow. Nobody has any idea on their involvement in it getting out or the consent from the parties involved on the filming.
The Ex though, there is clear intent to shame or harm parties involved by posting that stuff.

She probably doesn’t even know what she opened up.
I’ve seen stories of kids managing to lose 100,000 plus dollars in the stock market just for them to think deleting their brokerage app fixed their problem.

If I had to guess, how this will go down is someone will sit them all down and be like here are our options:
1. Everyone involved did some dumb stuff, let's just all mutually part ways and this is as ugly as it gets. I'm sure some internal punishment of the players may be in order or something.
2. EX is up for 100% revenge porn charges and potential jail time, and Hunter & Wooten will have an investigation into the extent of what trouble they may or may not be in.
How does everyone want to proceed?

I guess it all depends on the girl in the video that was allegedly unknowingly recorded. It seems this would be up to her how this plays out.
I’m not sure I see that girl agreeing with option 1 honestly. Especially if there is money to be won in a lawsuit. I guess we could hope for a settlement but I’m not sure how that all works if it’s Title IX.
I think option 2 is a more probable outcome.
Right now its just a messy situation. Lots of facts to get.

That is what it looks like, but honestly at this point it is hard to tell what all is going on.

Right, so you think she would prefer being charged with revenge porn and possible jail time? Because they would have to be able to prove that it wasn't consensual filming and prove that they were the ones that distributed it and she didn't consent to that. All while having proof that she did have the film, distributed it herself, and did so to harm a party involved.
She may opt for that over option 1 but that is a hell of a way to go.

Who knows. Would be interesting to see how she got the video because her text said Hunter said she already had it. Weird way to phrase it if Hunter had sent it to her.
