1st 3 games of the season we'll know kickoff times by July. After that, we'll know kickoff times for the other games two weeks before each game during the rest of the season.

I think I am watching on TV on 31 August.
I'm too old to take the heat for 5 hours- especially if it's at noon.

Here is my best guesses on all

8/31 WSU@AU 11 AM on ESPN or 11 AM to 4:30 PM on ESPN 2

9/7 ASU@AU Gets picked up by the SEC regional network for an 11:30 AM kickoff

9/14 MSU@AU If Bama/TAMU gets put on CBS at night then mid afternoon on ESPN2. If Bama/TAMU is a day game then ESPN2 at night.

10/5 Ole Miss@AU SEC regional or night game on a regional channel

10/12 WEstCaro@AU 100 CDT Same time (PPV)
10/26 FAU@AU Night game, regional channel or ESPNU

11/16 UGA@AU 2:30 on CBS or night game on ESPN

11/30 Bama@AU 2:30 on CBS or ESPN at night

Also where did you get the times you posted? The Auburn Athletics website has all games TBA.

Im expecting a better time slot for Malzahn vs Leech. Arent the majority of the other SEC OOC matchups evening starts which might put this game in position for a afternoon start on one of the ESPNs

Outside of this one the remaining times seem pretty on point

I think the Wash St game wil be a night game. Probably espn2 or U. May be FSS, but I'd be pretty surprised if it was an early game.

These will all be evening starts.
BAMA- VT
LSU- TCU
MSU-Ok St
UGA-Clem

USC-UNC THURSDAY ALONG WITH VANDY-OLE MISS

I think we get stuck at 1100, but I do not think they will allow any additional night games that day.

ESPN has already slotted Bama/Va. Tech for 4:30 on ESPN and LSU/TCU for ESPN at 8 PM

Okie St. (8-5) vs. Miss St. (8-5) likely gets ESPN 2 at night.

After doing more research, every SEC non conference game versus a BCS school was on ESPN, ESPN 2, or ESPNU last season. All but 3 of those were on ESPNU. So with that & ESPN's afternoon and night slots filled plus Okie St/Miss St. likely getting the night ESPN2 slot I pick the Wazzu game will be 11 AM on ESPN or anywhere from 11 AM to 4:30 PM on ESPN2. I think both offenses are too explosive to be on ESPNU which is not fully national.

If this is true then best case scenerio would be on ESPN following Gameday

I wonder if SEC/ESPN network will eventually demand a Thursday game from all SEC teams. Gametime issues are going to make some people cancel their season tickets.

I have more than a 200 mile drive each way. Instead of sitting in 100+ degree weather on 31 August, I will watch on that one TV.

No. Slythe said the SEC is a Saturday league and will not have more than 2 Thursday games in a season.

This is the correct answer.. except FSS kick will likely be at 6pm if they do it like they've done AU FSS kicks in the past
