It’s right before the bye week. Gives us extra time to name the interim and let him rearrange the focus of the program. Gets an extra week of practice along with reorganizing responsibilities of the coaching staff.
Knowing our history though, we’ll beat Ole Miss and prolong the misery. But we SHOULD lose and open the easy timeframe to fire the guy.
