I just don't get why he called those timeouts when LSU was willing to run the clock out. Their punter has been bombing it all night. Best case senario is we get in long fg range that anders would of probably missed.

He was trying to steal a possession knowing LSU got the ball first in the 2nd half. It almost worked had it not been for the hands to the face penalty.
Gus used to get real conservative right before the half and I always hated it so I liked seeing Harsin being aggressive.

Gus did the exact same thing against UGA in 2019 and cost us a TD and the game

He also nabbed a win against A&M by doing that.
He also caught shite for being too conservative in the end of the first half of the 2020 IB. It’s one of thise things that can go either way…
