I know it isn't unique to Auburn fans but we do seem to be as inconsistent when it comes to this as any. We don't want the PTB to meddle and let the coach do his own thing, except if we start to think he is hiring too many people that he is familiar with already and should be hiring people we are more familiar with because we know them, even if the coach doesn't. So, we need to start meddling to make sure we are comfortable with his hires instead of just letting the coach do his thing. But we don't need to meddle
