Harsin's time here has been complete dumpster fire from start to finish. There is not one phase of being a head coach he is competent at.

He's brought in terrible staff. It is made up by his yes men from Boise, with a few others spread around. Even coordinators from low tier SEC teams wouldn't stick around.

Player development is terrible.
Play calling is terrible.
Recruiting is terrible.
And his team has quit wanting to play for him.

The good ones we have are going to jump ship the second the can if we keep riding this ship down. Tank, Jarquez and the semi-talented players on D will all get snatch up pretty quick.
