Crowd size, enthusiasm? Will their fans show up or get a little special home cookin' to seethe their wounds a bit? Just wondering. There has to be some impact, but I have no idea what. War Eagle and frick bama.

Absolutely.

They will present the Foy trophy at half time. Football team will likely be their. Huge difference in the loss vs celebrating the new champs.

If we can get the win tonight, may solidify the worst bama week in awhile

Nice catch. Forgot all about the Foy Trophy. Bitch move maybe, but maybe we shouldn't hand it over at halftime, lol.

Students aren't back in class yet, correct?

BTW, I was looking for tickets to the AU/AL game in Auburn. Big $$$$! Tonight's game? Not so much. Leads me to believe their isn't much of a fanbase for them.

With prices so high at Pearl Arena and rub a bit more salt into bama's wounds, I hope we show up in droves, take the place over and are loud as frick. It's hoops season.

I was wondering if that might be the case in our favor. Don't think it will have any effect on their players but the crowd may not have as much energy.

Airplane is everything you could needIt is 3:00 am here and I made the executive decision to stay up for all the hoops I can get. In the meantime, I am Shirley using my time well watching "Airplane!" for the ...9th time maybe? Younguns, if you can't appreciate Leslie Nielson and "Airplane!" and such, there may be no hope for you.

ETA in case anyone missed it in the hoopla, AU is ranked #4 and Lunardi (caveat) has us as #1 seed, midwest I think. We need a big win today on the road.

So let it be done.

I may be mistaken, but I thought the Foy Trophy presentation only took place in years when it changed hands. IOW, since Bama won in 2020 there would be no presentation this year since they already had the trophy.

Most of the trash that permeates that fanfase doesn’t watch basketball. Those that do attend will mostly be older and not loud. Their students will be hungover. Auburn by 5.
