His best class at Washington prior to making the playoff was 18th. Ok. Nice achievement to make the playoff with that being the best class, but they did get blown out and never made it back.

Harsin was the maintainer at Boise after the innovator/program builder left. I am of the mind that you never hire the maintainer that follows the innovator/program builder. There may have been one or two instances where that worked, but many, many more where it didn't.

Boise State is in the Mountain West conference. You can recruit 2 or 3 star players and do fairly well. The rest of the conference is doing the same thing. But that is not the level of talent required in the SEC.
