Freeze was asked about the qb depth chart for this week and he said that obviously the priority was getting the win but if a large enough gap was there that Deuce would be the one getting the snaps. The hope is for Daniels to not reach the 4 game threshold so he can redshirt and potentially come back next season

He said Deuce is in his ear constantly on the sideline.

That’s interesting, particularly since Jackson could come back too. Perhaps Ashton has coaching aspirations, and is willing to be the safety net QB too. How crazy would that be if all 3 return next season
