Does it bother anyone else how often we aren't properly aligned and still looking at the sidelines when the ball is snapped? Has Harsin been asked about it in any of the press conferences or addressed it in any way?

It’s ridiculous and usually when a big play happens for the other team.

The defensive coaches are looking at the offensive players on the field and looking for their cheat sheets for trends and plays the offense may run. They are looking for the signals from the sidelines . ....You can't get in a three point stance without a play from the sideline.

I agree, too slow, but the defensive staff is reacting to what players and anticipated series of plays are on the field.
