Tougher than Jackson State? I'm kinda glad that Prime went out west instead of staying in the south. He's going to give those big schools hell on the recruiting trail.

Freeze said a big name was calling for redzone advice and Freeze made it out like they would both be beneficial together. Or did I get it backwards.

North Carolina OC not looking too hot tonight

Too much pure air raid for my tastes (yes I know he runs the ball). Saw in a coaching clinic video that he doesn't distribute a playbook. Come on football world, there is a balance between Jimbo fisher and Mike Leach (which I thought we were getting in Lane Kiffin or Hugh Freeze).

Colorado is the perfect job for him. If he succeeds, it'll be a really good look for him. If he doesn't, everyone will blame Colorado. Low risk, high reward.

Every damn coach we start looking at has been. Kiffin, Freeze, Longo. We should have put the jinx on a UGA coach.

Don’t use Meta’s weak arse argument about Caddy. 80% of people on this board didn’t want him as HC or OC

I didn't say I didn't want him. I said it was too soon, and taking the job, right now, would sabotage his career. Might as well be hustling backwards...

Dont be so sure. Lower expectations, has time to build something. IM not saying it will be a championship marriage but not only can Prime help them, and he will, but he can help himself.

It could be a much smarter move for him vs coming to a place like the Auburn pressure cooker

Im a fan. I will be pulling for him

Meh. Put me "in the I didnt want him camp."

What's the worst thing that can happen, yall cry more big ole crocodile tears?

Not only is he not ready, he isnt nearly as talented of a coach to bring to the plains to be HC. Auburn fans' big ideas of "get caddy and get him the best staff" isnt easy. Especially when Caddy is a complete unknown and the best staff members want sucess and security. Caddy is also a meh recruiter, and a nonscheming non-coordinator that cannot lock down one side of the ball with continuity. We could constantly be getting fukt on both sides of the ball through staff attrition. Not to mention judging by the numerous pre snap penalties against Bama not much of a disciplinarian either.

"But! But! But! His love for Auburn!!" GMAFB

I just want to say Longo's offense gets me long or something of that nature. I'm pretty open minded to 4,000 yard passers.

I've felt, all along, that ZE was the bigger future star, with the brightest future...

I tend to keep my opinions generalized, however, since, the most absolute way to keep Auburn University from doing any certain thing, is for any of them to know I want it to happen...

I know random internet percentages are random, but, I'd guestimate it's N° of 90%..

THat's a weird philosophy but uncomfortably carries too much truth in it.

Deion has $5 million reasons to go to Colorado not to mention helping his son along.

On the DC I think it's worth noting that we're never going to have a top 10 defense running an up tempo offense. What i believe Freeze is looking for is someone with experience working opposite a pace offense that runs an aggressive attacking scheme meant to emphasize turnovers and negative plays. You're just not going to stop an elite offense consistently
