Any way we can convince Ryan Pugh to campaign for Kamala to convince the media he is a happily changed man that wants some black 400 pound monsters to succeed in life

I want the O-line to be the best in the nation as the number one priority and a coach that can make the most of them.

I asked Grok to find the most inventive and creative OC's for college football.

Andy Kotelnicki (currently Associate Head Coach at Kansas, previously OC at Kansas and Penn State) stands out as the most frequently cited for pure inventiveness and creativity among college football offensive coordinators.

The Athletic explicitly labeled him “college football’s most creative OC” when Penn State hired him away from Kansas after the 2023 season. His schemes feature heavy pre-snap motion and shifts, multiple personnel groupings (including multi-tight-end sets), pro-style bases mixed with spread concepts, and eye-catching wrinkles such as two-quarterback packages, reverse boots, and other misdirection that regularly go viral. At Kansas under Lance Leipold, his units ranked among the nation’s best in yards per play and explosive-play rate despite limited blue-chip talent and quarterback injuries; he was named 247Sports Offensive Coordinator of the Year in 2023. At Penn State in 2024 he helped produce a school-record 13-win season and a College Football Playoff semifinal appearance while ranking near the top nationally in explosive plays.

Other strong candidates for innovativeness include:Chip Kelly (Northwestern OC): Long regarded as one of the sport’s great innovators for tempo, efficiency, and run-game creativity dating to his Oregon days; he also helped Ohio State to a national title as OC in 2024.

Brennan Marion (Colorado OC): Creator of the distinctive “Go-Go” offense built on unique formations, deception, and explosive plays; previously successful at UNLV and Sacramento State.

Buster Faulkner (Florida OC, 2025 FootballScoop OC of the Year at Georgia Tech): Heavy use of motion, shifts, and personnel packages that create an “illusion of complexity” and stress defenses; produced highly efficient, explosive units with limited star power.
