Either Nike or Oregon is paying for it, I assume. It isn't unusual for Universities to promote a player when they have a legitimate shot at winning the Heisman.

I do too. I don't understand the Bo hate some have. He started three years, the last one under the worst coach we've had in my lifetime, and for teams with substandard OLines. He was running for his life most of the time and being criticized for it (some deservedly). He graduated, and decided to transfer to a place where he could get better, and has. He would have just had another miserable season under Harbee had he stayed. If only we'd replaced Gus with Freeze and avoided the whole Harbee error, we might be pushing him for the Heisman.
