Mize is incredible no doubt. It’s been disappointing after the A&M series. We really needed that UK series and the Mizzou was really disappointing. I wasn’t expecting us to win Arky but it looks much like a sweep this weekend.

I agree. I hate starting him off the first game for fear of losing the next two. If we win the first game without him I feel good about winning the series. That’s why last year with both Keegan and Mize was awesome.

It's one of the most dumb rules in baseball. As soon as it's called a HR, what do bases matter? You automatically bypassed them, you went straight to go, your collected $200. Now if you miss a base prior to it being called, sure, but even then you can backtrack and touch it and continue about your way. Just a dumb, petty rule.

Never said they weren't good, but they have dropped the past 2 series. AU should have been able to pull one of the close ones out. Our hitting is slumped out at the moment.
ETA: I happen to think AU is really good. Zero chance I'm going to take a sweep lying down. They can do better.
