Whalen gets a jam shot groundout to open their half of the 8th. A throwing error on a relatively routine play gives them a runner in scoring position. A double drives that guy in.

Pop up ends the inning. This means we get the top of their lineup in the bottom of the ninth though. Bleck.

Think Clay is gonna snap out of it eventually. Have to think the guy is just in his own head and pressing at this point. Hopefully when that first hit comes he’ll relax.

Butch did a better job on the lineup last night than Tuesday. Happy to see the freshman hitting too!
