I'm pretty sure they did, they don't stop just when a play gotta out of bounds anymore unless it's under certain circumstances or the last few minutes of a quarter, they were stopping them on incompletions, refs even reset the gameclock back a few times

The thick running back #32 for Alabama A&M Kolton Nero was Perry’s teammate at Foley, that dude was a bad man running the ball for Foley.

Saw it happen first hand and pointed it out and just shook my head.

Yeah I guess you're right, they also were like frick it let the HBCU band play during some plays like they are used to,but to me I was with the decision, it felt like 11:30 at halftime and I think it was only like 8.

You shave time numerous ways ......Let the clock run and take a few seconds when it should have run. Ignore first downs. Slow on the trigger on incomplete passes ....once the ball is spotted start again. They were shaving to run it down .....
