Went for my followup with my urologist today after my prostate surgery last Monday.
I no longer have to piss into a bag.
I am also cancer-free.
My advice to all of you in your 40s or older: get your PSA levels checked regularly. My prostate was 60% cancerous and it was starting to creep into my bladder, and I was still completely asymptomatic. If I hadn’t had a physical in November (as a reaction to my brother dying of lung cancer) I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong.
War Eagle my friends.

Regular checkups saved my dad as well. Glad to hear you took your precautions and it paid off!
