I’ve never torn my Achilles but I’ve had my wife roll a cart into my Achilles couple times and you wouldn’t believe how fast blood pressure can hit the roof. It literally felt like the cart was trying to climb up the achilles. I’m guessing that student that rammed Flanigan needs to go ahead and transfer.

Not really. There is such a thing as getting into game shape.
He needs games when he comes back to get his shot down and playing live basketball.
He may be in shape physically but he’s not going to be as good at first as he will be with being comfortable playing in games.
