LINEBACKER

Completing eligibility after 2018 season: DeShaun Davis, Darrell Williams, Montavious Atkinson
Eligibility remaining after 2018: Richard McBryde, K.J. Britt, T.D. Moultry, Chandler Wooten, Michael Harris, Josh Marsh, Zakoby McClain
What Auburn needs in 2019: Adding three linebackers for the second straight year helped solidify the position, though Josh Marsh is expected to move to safety. T.D. Moultry was a situational pass rusher in 2017, but we'll keep him with the linebackers on paper. Auburn should add at least one and likely two linebackers.

DEFENSIVE BACK

Completing eligibility after 2018 season: n/a
Eligibility remaining after 2018: Jamel Dean, Javaris Davis, Jeremiah Dinson, John Broussard Jr., Jayvaughn Myers, Daniel Thomas, Malcolm Askew, Traivon Leonard, Jordyn Peters, Kolbi Fuqua, Roger McCreary, Quindarious Monday, Jamien Sherwood, Christian Tutt
What Auburn needs in 2019: Corner should be a major area of need in this class. Even if every players returns, and that's highly unlikely based off how well Javaris Davis played in 2017, all that does is ensure a massive outgoing group after the 2019 season.

Auburn should be aiming for at least two corners but that could grow as high as four if there is any attrition and one safety.

Would not be surprised to see Dean leave early next year as he will be redshirt sophomore & a guy with his size & quickness is highly coveted in the NFL

SPECIALISTS

Completing eligibility after 2018 season: n/a
Eligibility remaining after 2018: Ian Shannon, Bill Taylor, Anders Carlson, Aidan Marshall, Arryn Siposs
What Auburn needs in 2019: Unless newcomers at long snapper, kicker and punter are ineffective, Auburn should not need any specialists.
