KN just said that Tannor wanted to come to AU after UGA dropped him but AU wanted to be patient (guessing due to limited spots). KN thinks AU might want him
Would love to land Tannor this weekend. U know dude is gonna have extra motivation against UGA

Walker at bball game. Most sources KN has spoken to say Tennessee is team to beat
This makes no f'ing sense.

It makes a lot of sense if you think about it actually. Kids talk all the time about liking Pruitt, and he can sell immediate playing time, especially at LB

KN says not a sure thing yet that Gouraige will visit next weekend. AU believes he will but not a 100% lock yet. AU will visit this week to hopefully lock in the visit

Gouraige and Anderson would be an awesome close to this cycle.
Any of the defensive players to fill the last spot or two would be just icing on the cake.
While I readily admit Ross is a thing of beauty on the field if we get him and lose Hill, and dont get a couple of linemen, its not worth it.
I know its not either or, in Paws case he wants all of them and Foucha, lol. Get out the class stretcher.

I don't understand this big numbers crunch worry. Unless things change we are going to be scrambling to fill the spots with quality players regardless of position. Why could we not take a Tank, Tannor, and Foucha without a second thought?

We’re making a big mistake if we pass on Tannor

No commitments from Johnson or Daniels. Sounds like if we have a spot on NSD then Daniels will get offer. Daniels said he would know more on Feb 7

Apparently Miller told Tennessee reporters he's signing with AU and not visiting UF next weekend

KN thinks it's a AU/UF battle for Tannor. Apparently Gus is visiting him Monday
Starting to think he ends up in this class

Would be a smart decision on his part.

Coynis I guess.
Glad to have him locked down. NSD could’ve been much worse if we didn’t lock him down. Our finish won’t have a high ceiling but it does have a high floor and I think the players coming in late can be serviceable. There is a glaring hole at OT and that is what worries me at this point.

Haven't seen anything on the 2019 kids yet. Curious if we are a player for Dean and Christian Williams

UF 247 believe UF is team to beat for Caleb Johnson and AU is team to beat for Caleb Tannor

So I guess nothing amazing happened with Quay or Ross?

Both apparently had really good visits but it looks like Ross is lock to Bama. No ones seems to have a good read on Walker. KN thinks AU is in that race much more than others but still sounds like TEN/UGA

Posting the updates from Wolk's live threat Sunday
Live updates: Auburn wraps up pivotal official visit recruiting weekend (SECCountry)

It’s been a big weekend of recruiting for Auburn.
The Tigers hosted six Class of 2018 prospects on official visits. 4-star linebacker Quay Walker, 4-star wide receiver Justyn Ross, 4-star defensive linemen Caleb Tannor, 3-star defensive end Caleb Johnson, 3-star cornerback CD Daniels and 4-star wide receiver Seth Williams.
Two of those prospects — Walker and Ross — are top-50 prospects nationally. Walker remains committed to Alabama, but the stud linebacker from Cordele, Ga., is showing interest in Tennessee, Auburn and Georgia. Ross is down to Auburn, Alabama and Clemson. This had to be a home-run weekend for the in-state wide receiver.
Tannor and Johnson are a pair of defensive line prospects who have been regulars on the Plains this year. Johnson is a high-academic, good-character guy with a lot of versatility and athleticism. Tannor is a pass-rusher who has had high interest dating back to when he committed to Georgia over Auburn in the summer.
Daniels, a cornerback from Homewood, Ala., has received interest from the Tigers prior to his de-commitment from Memphis. If Auburn wants to go with another cornerback, Daniels could receive an offer.
Williams is already signed with Auburn, so his official visit was more of a formality than anything.
The 2018 class visitors weren’t the only prospects on campus being recruited. Four members of the 2019 class were on campus for unofficial visits, as well. Five-star linebacker Nakobe Dean, cornerback Raydarious Jones, cornerback Christian Williams and athlete Malik Washington all visited campus Saturday, hanging out with coaches and players, including going to the Auburn basketball game.
There will be updates on the six 2018 official visitors and a few of the 2019 unofficial visitors throughout the day Sunday. Hang around at SEC Country for the latest updates in Auburn football recruiting as the countdown to National Signing Day begins.
