It sounds like only one if Askew pulls the trigger. At beginning of weekend he seemed to think 3* TE Tre McKitty would also do it but apparently he is visiting Oregon next weekend so might hold off for a bit. Other than that I don't think anyone commits

Some updates from KN on BCW
- 3* JUCO RB Octavio Mathews got an offer. Currently committed to Louisville but plans to visit again next weekend. Sounds like if we want him we will get him
- Moultry says we got some silent commits this weekend as well, take that for what it's worth
- Apparently Travis Williams killed it this weekend and Ignont is really struggling with making a decision but wants to do it soon
- We lead for 4* DE MJ Webb, 4* OG Nick Brahms & JUCO WR Brandon Martin
- Made up some ground on Jacoby Stevens, stayed late to go on tour with coaches also rode around in Gus's fancy car
- 3* TE Tre McKitty staying extra night, called weekend perfect. If we get another commitment will be him but I don't think he pulls trigger (last sentence my opinion)

Why? What's the rush? Never understood this. They say it's to "take the pressure off" but if you're still unsure about your decision it doesn't take any pressure off.

I think he wants to be committed before his senior high school season starts but I get feeling he is going to go back & forth all season

A friend of mine who was highly recruited committed early so friends/family stopped asking him/pushing their choice

I understand that if I know where I want to go. But if my mind isn't made up I don't see any reason to rush it if I'm going back and forth between two schools.

If you are okay with changing you commitment, it isnt a big deal just to commit early

On the bad news front 4* DE Markaviest Bryant did not make the trip. Sounds like UGA really taking lead for him. He is Montravius Adam's cousin I believe
Overall though sounds like another successful BCW. I think 4* OG Nick Brahms, 3* TE Tre McKitty & possibly 3* JUCO RB Octvaius Matthews are all on commit watch over next 2 weeks. KN seems to think AU picked up some silents but I never get too excited about those

BCW is really when recruiting picks up for AU so kinda when I start paying attention again. Very long way to signing day but it's this weekend that helps us land guys like Derrick Brown, Montravius Adams & Dontavius Russell down the road. Hoping that's true for guys like Ignont, Ausbon, Troxell & Stevens this year
Brandon Martin is still on campus and seems to be loving the visit. Maybe, maaaybe he commits but I don't think it will happen yet. Also KN says that Ashley seem super solid. Guy already acts like he is on the team and is our top recruit recruiter right now. I still won't be 100% comfortable till that letter comes in February

KN still throwing out updates
- Ashley staying till Monday, guy is loving the visit
- 4* ATH Tray Bishop still on campus he came late yesterday due to taking ACT in the morning
- 3* TE Tre McKitty just left, apparently visit was perfect for him. KN thinks he will be part of AU class but not until he takes his visits. Going to Oregon this week
- Don't get hopes up on Leatherwood. They think it was more courtesy visit and trip with his buddy Brahms. He will be in bama for 4 days for their camp
- 4* WRs Jeremiah Holloman & Jhamon Ausbon both had good visits
- Staff still feels real good about Kellen Mond
- Offered another IMG kid 4* S Grant Delpit. He visited with Ausbon
Doubt much else happens other than just stories on all the recruits that came. From all updates sounds like we are sitting well for following guys
