if you don't watch The League, then I can understand your confusion.

Bucket Shop is my favorite. Granted there is a reason.

I love that show but I haven't watched it in years.

Really depends on the games/time but the bars I find myself watching games are:

The Nook
Park Tavern
Cypress Street (Tech bar but solid)
The Battery
Bucket Shop (Auburn bar but solid)
Whitehall Tavern
The Ivy
Hudson Grille
Elbow Room
Buckhead Saloon
Industry Tavern
Hob Nob

Really depends...

For a Straight-Up Rowdy Time & Beautiful Women:
- The Ivy (it's honestly unmatched)
- Big Sky (Good Alabama crowd)

For a great dive bar experience:
- Five Paces Inn
- Elbow Room
- Diesel
- Vortex

For surprisingly decent food and a good atmosphere:
- Irby's
- Atkins Park

For the best place to pickup Kennesaw State/Georgia Southern girls who wish they went to UGA:
- Any bar at the Battery, but particularly PBR
- Dive Bar (Buckhead)

Best Bar to meet someone who just got accepted to college:
- Churchill's

Other bars that aren't bad spots to watch games if you find yourself near them:
- Neighbor's
- Lingering Shade
- STATS
- Park Bar
- Fado's (midtown or buckhead)
- Ormsby's

Also of note: AU fans - are you guys referring to the business lunch spot in the same building as UGA Terry off Lenox, or somewhere else? I guess I saw some Auburn stuff, but had zero idea that place was a bar, much less a place where people congregated on Saturday's. There's an AU bar off North Highland near Inman park I would suggest. Forgot the name, but the Auburn flag is as easy to miss as Shaquille O'Neal teaching a pre-school class.

Not an Auburn fan but yes the Bucket Shop is on the first floor of the Terry building.

It’s a bar and grill with an outside patio that usually has a blow up Auburn Tiger displayed during football season.

Definitely a solid spot

Northside Tavern and Mr C's (Howell Mill) are as divey as it gets but NT isn't all that great to watch a game

Maggie's in Decatur and Moonshadow Tavern in Tucker are 2 other dives and good places to watch.

Place sucks unless you're doing pregame drinks for Falcons or SECCG/ CFA game.

You're right about PBR/Sports and Social

It's actually pretty legit for any pre-game festivity downtown... Aforementioned college games, Falcons, Hawks, United. Big venue and the upstairs rooftop is pretty cool.

North Highland Pub is the one with the giant AU flag. Diesel Filling Station is another Auburn bar that is fine to watch CFB. Bucket Shop is my favorite spot.
