That corridor of Marietta itself is ok and getting better, as obviously there are some really established neighborhoods just to the east

But crime will always bleed over Marietta most likely, unless and until the west side really fills in with gentrification. At least at that point the gentrifiers will be out on the frontier, which would give those existing neighborhoods some relief

My wife does corporate events/meetings and they take "field trips" every now and then when places like these open. About a month ago they went to the Painted Duck and the new New Realm Brewing spot right on the beltline.

At this time, to buy out Painted Duck for a Thurs - Sat night is a minimum $100k, which basically means for the foreseeable future, they expect to bring in around $100k in revenue on any of those nights. That's crazy. New Realm was about $80k I believe.
