Cards aiming for a 3TD win.
Probably another postseason record.

Please fire Snit. This team was grossly unprepared when it counted. He’s babysat this team all year. He’s a shite manager.

I must say the decision to not start our best pitcher Saroka twice in the series was genius, pure genius.

The fact you didn't set Soroka up to possibly pitch 2 games this series has been overlooked.
Cards say ty Snitker.

This. We’ve absolutely pissed away this series and it goes to managing.

Snit’s philosophy isn’t difficult: starter goes 100, win it with the young hitters.

We will never win a World Series with Snitker.

This stupid mentality of starting the high salaried veteran "ace". Bull shite.

This and the unwillingness to play small ball in crucial situations is mindboggling but not giving Soroka two starts and lining him up for a potential game 5 start is inexcusable. I know Snitker doesn't have full authority over that decision but there should be hell to pay for the manager up to the front office for totally screwing up this series when it was there for the taking.

Losing like this is such an Atlanta thing to do. Unbelievable!!!

I hope the Cardinals hang 20 on them!!

I'm not a Snitker fan at all and would be ok with someone else in that role, but this isn't football. These players, mainly the veterans on this team, have choked their asses off this series when it has really mattered. It's squarely on them.

This has to rank up there with the biggest Braves choke jobs of all time. Actually impressive.

Freddie has sucked, so has Donaldson. Markakis was broke half the season.

But the pitching management has been terrible.

This is the worst ever. This series exposed the managers. This game is the icing on the cake. Atleast the falcons scored points, but Shanahan sat on a lead. The players are unprepared. We had a great season but to go out like this.... please fire someone.

Absolutely agree with you there. And it has been the case all season long.

Cardinals are dumb for keeping Flaherty out there.

The '96 WS was the worst as far as a series choke. Up 2-0 going home in the WORLD SERIES and you proceed to lose every single game afterwards, including a 6-0 lead in game 4. Hard to get worse than that.

This was the worst individual game choke. They didn't even show up. At home. In a series that has been evenly matched throughout with pitching mostly dominating.

The 2006 Cardinals won the WS after an 83 win season and a pitching staff that had a 4.54 ERA.

Every team in these playoffs theoretically has "WS talent".
