He doesn't want to put his job in the hands of someone else when he knows he can do a better job. I like it and think he's a tremendous defensive coach (minus the soft zone prevent D bull shite)and has an excellent eye for talent. I just hope we can get some consistency on the offensive side of the ball. We're running out of prime Ryan/Julio years and need to take advantage of it while we can.
