$20M to a 38 year old pitcher carries a lot of risk but he has looked really good this year. His stuff still looks like he's in his lower 30s.

I’m glad he’ll be back, just feels like an overpay to me.
He has been open about wanting to stay close to home. Rays would not pony up for $15M last year and Marlins aren’t going to be competitive and are cheap.
