Thank you.

And is it really a choke? The Braves weren't supposed to take the vaunted Dodgers to Gm.7 of the NLCS. They were the heavy underdog coming in, and like I told my wife after they went up 2-0, they were and are still playing w/house money. The pressure had been on the Dodgers the entire time, and if they don't win tonight you can make a claim that they underachieved due to their payroll and roster. The Dodgers have always been the better team here.

If anything, the Braves have slightly overachieved just getting this far. Especially considering all the pitching injuries. And we should all be proud of them, win or lose tonight.

And choke is an overused/misused word. If they lose tonight, the Braves wouldn't of choked, they'd of just lost to the better team.

I'd more rather live my life being optimistic and looking at the positive side of things then wallowing in misery and only being happy when you're unhappy and expecting the worst. Too many people in society live that way today and it's one of the reasons the suicide/depression rate is as high as it is.

But you do you.

As evidenced by my SN, I am fans of both Pittsburgh and Atlanta teams. I(and my entire family) are from 30 miles north of Pittsburgh, so IT IS home. So I am a Steelers and Penguins fan. I grew up here(Griffin) so I am a Braves and Georgia fan. So 2 teams from Pittsburgh and 2 from here. It's an interesting dichotomy for sure, LOL.

I've seen my teams win 6 titles in my 39 years(Steelers in '06 and 09, Pens in '09, 16, &17,and Braves in 95), including the Steelers and Penguins winning titles 4 months apart in 2009. 7 if you count Griffin High winning state in football in '13. I was on the sideline at the Dome for that one. I wasn't a hockey fan when the Pens won in 91 and 92, so I don't count those. But seeing your team win a title never gets old. I guess that's why I bring a more optimistic view than most on here.

I'm over any loss pretty quickly for any of my teams, like w/in a couple of hours. I just don't let it affect me for long. I used to let it, but not anymore, especially since I started officiating and as I've got older.

Is that Cranberry, or even further north?

My first NHL game was a Pens game back in the igloo in 2005 at the beginning of the rebuild.

The only way this can be considered a choke is having the 3-1 series lead, which would require losing the final three games of the series. I'm not going there with it because the Braves didn't even have enough starting pitching in place for a seven game series, but somehow managed to get it to a game 7. This team has over-achieved in just about every way. I hope that AA can find a way in our limited budget to keep Marcel Ozuna.

The runner was clearly going directly at the catcher. I kind of assumed that they wouldn’t call that this late in the post season but it still pisses me off.

Camargo needs to be playing rather than kakes.

Nothing good can from from a kakes plate appearance anymore.

That was the best at bat he has had all series and it was a double-play ball had runners been at first and second.

And the Braves have gotten maybe one or two borderline calls. There are a lot of strikes that could have been called tonight.
