Anyone interested in a running Braves thread? At the very least it will be a good place to post this gif 15-20 times over the next few months.

Remember Andruw's rise through 3 levels of minor league ball to reach the majors in 96? Can you imagine the online fapping that would have taken place if these message boards were around in the 90s? Along those same lines, if someone like Tom Glaving were coming up today, he would have been long gone before winning his first Cy Young (see how people react to Wisler/Blair sucking for partial seasons to see how Glavine would have been treated).

Because game to game it's nice just to having a running conversation.
I don't really care either way. Just glad to have a place for some Braves chatter.

Yep - that crew got whipped up and down the street in from 1988-1990 (Smoltz even into 1991).

I understand. The issue with longer/multiple games threads is that it is hard to find where the current game discussion starts. The title might be updated to reflect the current game but the current game discussion starts on say page 57. Single game threads are so much easier to follow imo.

Agree - definitely not advocating for a "game thread" type thing. At least I'm not advocating being in charge of it haha.
