And if no one was willing to trade one of their consistent players for Julio, the Braves could throw in their exciting young prospect... Moylan.

Beginning? This has been going on for way too long now. Trade him to someone with a big ballpark. I don't know what we'd get in return but he's put the team in a position where the offense has no chance to help wayyyyy too many times.

Sanchez, Folty and Newcomb are going to need all kinds of luck to pick up wins against the Dodgers I guess. Who knows, maybe the Braves' bats and bullpen will be on their side.

3 runs from our offense should've been competitive enough against Miami, they're averaging around 3.5 runs per game right now, and rank 26 of 30 in the MLB in runs scored. That's how bad Julio was today, and it wasn't the first time it's happened this year.

It's Folty, Newk, and Sanchez. They're saying McCarthy won't be back for another month and he's not a solution anyhow.

In Battery-related news, Thyssenkrupp (elevators) is moving their HQ to near Suntrust.

Here's the design. Tall building is an elevator testing facility. Pretty cool, hope you can see it from the TV shots. There is a third new building they'll construct as well, but less remarkable.

Hopefully someone will makeover that ugly white building in left and it'll be a pretty cool backdrop.

Assuming everyone stays healthy, I think you'll see Culberson get 2 or 3 starts a week by playing CF against LH pitching and spelling Camargo and Swanson.

That would be a good idea unless Ender got hot from both sides, but he's slower than Acuna so they'll put Charlie clutch in left and move Acuna over probably.

Yeah I misspoke about the CF thing. Meant he would replace him in the lineup and like you said shift acuña over.

My idea is totally based on who is hot of course. If Culberson cools off then his value is greatly diminished and we obviously wouldn't force him into games.

Sanchez was shutting them out til the 5th but then gave up 2 unearned runs. Braves might be in trouble cause they haven't done much against Hill. Hope he comes out soon and they take it to the reliever.

Then Sanchez gave up a definite earned run in the 6th a homer for the rental guy.

Sanchez gave up a 4th run in the 7th and got pulled and the Braves' coach must think it can't get any worse and puts in his most overpaid reliever.

8 to 2 after Acuna hit a homer with Reed on base, only one inning left though.

I’m starting to think the braves need to be sellers. Way too many holes to fill for this team. Our starting pitchers can’t get through 5 and the 5th, 6th, and 7th innings are consistently atrocious.

Sanchez isn’t part of the long term plan and he may provide a decent return.
