They said Acuna's injury was 'groin tightness'

I know it was a 3 run inning but should've had so much more there. Still down 1 and Acuna is out of the game for what I hope is precautionary reasons. Ugh

Folty had 5 scoreless innings ... and one bad one when they took him out made for a 7.50 era on the day. Hope that's a rare thing against a tough team not a sign of things to come.

And Flaherty stands in as the last hope in the 9th with 2 outs... ballgame.

Who knows but Braves just took an umpire dick to the hilt on that piss poor call on Dansby

Ballgame and that's 2 straight series losses and a 4 game skid. Meanwhile, the Phillies are the beneficiaries of thrashing bad competition. May not be leading the division much longer

Groin tightness from running hard to first to try to beat the throw, not expected back tomorrow but just day to day:

I feel like I take Freddie Freeman’s defensive ability for granted. He’s about as sure handed as they come.

Sanchez is having a great game, still pitching though who knows it's the 7th inning.

Man I know Dansby is trying to keep the ball on the infield but come on. That was unfortunate as it gets. He didn’t have to dive for it.

Braves went nuts in the 8th, 3 runs so far still have bases loaded. Freddie is a homer away from the cycle i think.

He didn't get it, Freddie came up again in the 9th and the sissy Brewer coach int'l walked him. Winkler, Vizcaino and Minter all pitched well in relief and the Braves won 5 to 1. Win #50! Hope they even up the series tomorrow with Newk pitching vs Guerra.
