Freeman is untouchable and can do no wrong
Hope to see Phillips tonight.

Every time I see the fake Freeman warming up I can't help but get the feeling if he comes in we're going to give up the lead. He is by far my least favorite Brave.
That being said, getting out of the inning last night after walking the bases loaded has to be huge for his confidence. He was missing a little bit low but I liked how he was keeping the ball down. He has the stuff to get players out he just needs to throw strikes and realize if he's going to miss his spot, better to do so low than hang a breaking ball.
Braves can clinch the series tonight and guarantee at worst a.500 road trip, which, most agree is the most difficult road stretch of the year.
frick New York.

Damn, good old Newk is going to have a long day if he gives up a homer every inning.

That was some bullshite. He called a ball on the same pitch he called Tyler out.

Facing major league hitters in a Pony sized park has to be tough. Especially when pop-ups clear the fence.

The Yankees are showing why they are leading the AL in winning percentage.

Way to go, Ender and Ozzie! Homers with Camargo on base, still down 3 though.

Tyler is having a rough night at the plate. At least we got three runs!

Hard to believe Jackson is pitching better than Newcomb tonight. So far anyway, I noticed Snitker likes to leave pitchers in past their expiration date.

That strikeout whistle noise is annoying , especially when it comes due to a Brave getting struck out but at least they didn't have to pick something that sounds like it came from a cheesy gameshow.

Phillips is on the way out in the 6th. Wonder if he'll pitch like he did in the minors?

Markakis got 2 more runs back, 6 to 5 in the 7th.

I think Phillips just struck their catcher out looking at all 3 strikes.

Bummer they can still win the series tomorrow though.

Same here. I was just hoping to avoid a sweep coming into it tbh.

After last night when the manager left him in too long Phillips was sent down to AAA and Gohara was called up.
