Just found out that I live about 1 or 2 miles from Glavine as the crow flies.
His house is on the other side of the Chattahoochee River from the park that is real close to where I live. He just put it on the market for 6 mil.

Braves pitcher Sanchez was about to come off DL with a rehab assignment at AAA Gwinnett, but he gave up 8 runs in 3 innings of work and now they're not so sure. LINK

1st inning is on, Ozzie struck out, Acuna doubled and when freddie was up he struck out, but then Markakis hit a grounder and Acuna tried to advace 2 bases on it to score but was thrown out. Oh well let's go Braves!

Wonder if the Braves will take out mcCarthy after the 5th? He's 3rd to bat and he just gave up a run and was in trouble he got out of. low on pitches though, so I don't know. Hope Gohara has a good start tomorrow night btw.

I would only take him out if the offensive situation dictated it.
Part of the issue in the fifth inning was bad luck with that squibbler. He's looking good to me and I would keep him in.

To be fair, Flaherty's 0 for 4 too. btw I didn't know the Braves and Mets had a doubleheader Monday til Chip and Joe just told us. Glad I have the day off sounds like a fun day.

haha yeah but thankfully I don't think we expect to be dependent on Flaherty
I do feel for Flaherty a little, the whole "oh look he regressed to his mean" thing seems a little disingenuous when part of that was likely due to seeing far fewer and more sporadic ABs
