Felt bad for Bautista that they booed him... not the braves fans but the homers.

Nuke still has that one hitter going, could've been a no hitter through 4 if culberson made that hard play. 3 batters struck out so far, go braves!

Culberson, yes Charlie... the guy who is playing instead of Flaherty cause of left handed pitching.... hit a triple!

Too bad they stranded him, top of the lineup too, on all infield groundouts.

It is so odd seeing pitchers in for 108 pitches now a days.

Yeah but 6 shutout innings by Nuke now, nice game by him if they take him out (since he's over 100 pitches like you said). Who knows what he has left though.

Alright the Rays pulled that good lefty they have, allowed just one run (thanks Acuna). Hope their bullpen is worse than ours since it's so close still.

Did it look like Newcomb was getting ready to come out and pitch some more when they showed him after their at bat ended?

edit: Nevermind here comes Carle.

I wonder if they even try to explain to new players what to do if it hits the rings.

The long haired reliever got in a litle trouble with walks and the Rays put the former Brave Jonny Venters warming up.

Hoping the ATL bullpen can get those last 3 outs without a run cause Acuna is still the only one who made one happen.
Uh oh... it's Vizcaino out there time to get nervous.

We had some really good young pitchers back in '11 and '12 that blew out their arms. Venters along with Beachy
and Medlin.

All of em could've had very good careers.
