After 4, all the non-pitching Braves have a hit except Swanson and Freeman... hope they turn that around. And Ender is the only one on the whole team batting a thousand still for the day.

The Braves' pitching reporter Paul Byrd said that they're ready to bring Mike Soroka up to pitch against the Mets (in their place) if Julio is unable to make his scheduled start against Noah S, because they still don't have Sanchez back from DL.

McCarthy has given up 3 hits in a row in the 4th. 6 to 1 so far.

Extra early in the season, but the Braves lead the NL in runs, rbi, hits, and batting avg.
Pitching is doing good too. 6th in era, 5th in allowed avg, and 6th in strikeouts.

Yeah that would be epic, like the John Smoltz days. And I can't wait for that game tomorrow night against the Mets. I heard Julio is going to be fine to pitch against them and Sanchez will be back against the Giants. LINK Newcomb pitches tomorrow against Noah what's his name and Julio Wednesday against deGrom.
