Falcons signed former Washington Football Team CB Fabian Moreau.

Looks like Trey Lance will be the pick. If we don't trade our 4th I think they will be 100% picking a QB at 4.

Lots of smokescreens being put out there right now. I wouldn't be opposed to Lance at all, but I don't think anyone has a clue what the Falcons are going to do.

I have no idea what we will do. Every mock draft is so different. I still say go QB if we get a pick this high.

Chuck Oliver just bet Matt Chernoff $1,000 on 680 that the Falcons won't draft a QB anywhere in the 1st rd.and if they do Oliver will write a 1K check to a charity of Chernoff's choice.

Falcons are definitely taking a QB now.

Keep posting please.
I mean it.
I’m dying for any sort of football talk since baseball and basketball are just not my thing.
I’ll take Chuck and Chernoff banter at this point.

Why have the 4th pick if you're not picking a QB? Trade and find a QB in another range.

I still think we trade down after the Ryan restructure.

Richard Sherman is available. Should we?

Richard Sherman is a douche who I wouldn't want anywhere near this team. I could see him doing the same shite that Malcolm Jenkins did to the Saints.

Also, he's in his mid 30s and has an Achilles tear in his past.

Listing to local radio one guy made a point that the top 5 picks are always dysfunctional and garbage organizations. I disagree. But it is a good point. The entire organization is responsible for a losing season not just the players or even head coach.

Side note NFL coaches doesn’t mean shite. OC and DC is make or break along with QB.

Teams who repeatedly pick in the top 5 or 10 are garbage organizations, and they all seem to have one or two things in common:

1. Entirely too meddlesome ownership (Redskins, Cowboys, etc. Browns used to belong here but Haslam seems to have finally gotten out of the way)

2. Long term QB instability (Jets, Bears)

Despite some things I've said about Blank in the past, it does look like he's going to let Fontenot and Smith do their jobs. The Falcons don't have either of these two problems. The Falcons' problem was Dimitroff repeatedly handing out horrendous contracts and never being able to fill out the roster.

The #Falcons have received calls from teams inquiring about possible trades for All-Pro WR Julio Jones, sources say. A trade could not happen for cap reasons before June 1, but teams know Atlanta’s brutal cap situation and are calling. A deal won’t happen now, but later? Maybe.

Would hate to lose him, but fake lance armstrong went and fricked up the cap.

Better to trade him now than wait until he has no value left. I don't believe this team will be Super Bowl competitive for the next few years no matter what.
