Minny had a top 30 total defense last year - LINK, maybe that was the schedule or players but still decent for Robb.

Under Rhoads our DBs still had the huge cushions and we didn’t rush the passer which had to be a Bielema deal. Our personnel is improving on the roster by getting players in the correct spots or cycling out the ones that need to move on.

So Sam Pittman was with Ragnow tonight when he got picked and not Kurt Anderson. That sums up our downfall the last two years pretty well.

Most of the entire OL kept in touch and was loyal to Pittman. Some felt the wrath of that from Anderson(Merrick) others didn't(Ragnow). Basically, if you sit Ragnow after what he went through fans would burn that place down. Merrick and some others who weren't already starting, it wasn't that big of a deal. It could just be made to look like "walk ons" were working harder, etc.

It is so frickin ignorant full grown adults play those types of games with these kids' future. It's just petty BS.

Kurt was fricking awful. Why did he even hire him

So he could act Bert's stunt double on the sideline when Bert sneaked into the locker room and ate all the PB&J sandwiches.

No way Chaney is better than Enos. Enos is a good offensive coordinator. Bret wouldn't let him open it up when we needed to.

He could’ve done whatever with the offense the final last year and half but they had lost all offensive identity when Pittman went out the door and Anderson was brought in for Pittman.

Problem with Enos was his blocking scheme (zone) didn’t fit with the players Pittman had recruited or the style Pittman looks for (man, maulers). When you add the pettiness and favoritism because of loyalty to former position coach massive problems occur.

Bielema’s ground and pound physical philosophy was good with Pittman but Chaney was never a QB coach and that hurt us when he was hired as one. We would’ve done better with Lunney QB coach and Chaney OC/TE coach.

Because FatBert needed someone more pathetic than himself... no easy task to find someone like that.

I hope the golddigger leaves him, and he finds a way to lose the money we paid him for being Jeff Long's Yes Man.

I'm not bitter though.

Nice. He should have been our feature back last year over the back half of the season.

I can't see any of the UDFAs sticking. What a ridiculously weak senior class we had.

One four year pro in Ragnow and he was a pro the second Pittman recruited him.

No pro development by the staff.
