and I think he knows it. he got in over his head and in year 5 was still trying to learn how to swim. really got that vibe in his post game press conference.

jeff went out on a limb hoping bert would know how to build a program and compete in the SEC. that risk cost jeff his job. that said, the program is in a much better place than it was when petrino left. given another 2 or 3 years I'm sure bert would have figured out how to swim and had us clicking. but it's a microwave society with that much money being thrown around.
