I personally felt that despite not having a lot of yards, A&M was capable of making the plays in the passing game they needed to all night because of how poor our secondary was.
We consistently hit their QB while he was throwing up lobs for grabs and they also missed tackles in the open field for important catches that allowed first downs.

I guess I’ll be saying it all week. Our defense gave up 16 points. Defense was not the problem.

Our defense did let some things happen that was inexcusable imho.
2nd and 30... and what in the world was that defensive call?
However, some of us are forgetting that their Qback made some unbelievable rabbit foot, hocus pocus plays when there was no way they should have happened. He was dead to rights several times and still made the play.

Yet that seems to happen to us time and time again.

You serious Clark? You didn’t think our secondary played better than they did last week?
I suppose you missed the two lame ducks that Johnson threw that ended up being caught for first downs?

First Aggie TD was in the end zone wide open. Malik Chavis instead of going in front and playing the ball, went around behind the WR.

Max Johnson isn't the QB like the one from Missouri State. The secondary didn't play better, they faced a QB that made them look better.
