The myth of the Arkansas Running Game..

Here's our YPC average in each of Bielema's years.
2017: 4.5 YPC
2016: 4.1 YPC
2015: 5.0 YPC
2014: 5.1 YPC
2013: 5.3 YPC
Through our 5 games this year we've played 2 cupcakes (our wins) and we've faced the A&M and South Carolina defenses.
Our running game is shite. It has gotten worse every fricking year under Bielema.
His game plan does not work. Our offensive lines Do Not Work.

is it even a myth anymore. I dont see how people justify saying we have a run game.

Most of our really bad run plays come in obvious run situations (short yardage, trying to grind clock).
Right now opposing defenses don't respect our passing game and they know in short yardage situations even if they put 11 in the box we will run it "just to show we can". We need to be more willing to play-action pass in those situations to keep the defense honest.
Speaking of play-action, our PA fakes are atrocious. The ball is never near the RB. It doesn't fool anyone. Why are our mesh points on PA passes so far off?

Austin is not half the qb his brother was. His pa fakes suck dick. Brandon had one of the better ones I've seen in college football.
