KJ with two huge passes on his first drive and then a nice 20+ run on his 2nd. I’m not sure if I’m happier thought that our 1st team D held up at the goal line to stop a TD on the second drive or upset that the 1st team offense couldn’t punch it in.

1st team O stopped on 3rd and 1 so that’s two drives in a row now that we couldn’t get short yardage against the 1 defense.

I’ve been watching Buckner since his pee-wee days. Awesome for that kid to be getting these reps and he’s looked pretty good.

Jaquayln Crawford is going to be a beast. Just made a beautiful catch in traffic as he was clearly about to get smoked. We’ve been missing that kind of guy for years.

I’m watching with the sound off so I don’t know. He lit that dude up for sure though.

Hornsby has a lot of decision-making work before he can play at the level, IMO.

Agreed. I don’t see how KJ loses the starter spot right now but man Hornsby could be explosive if he can get it down.

Oh yeah, he’s a problem in the open field.
Also, from practice reports I expected our kickers to suck. I know special teams aren’t 100% live, but the kicking has been good.
