Let me explain how Sexton works.

You contact him about coach A.

Coach B-Z is then rumored to have been contacted by your school in an effort to create want for said coach and hopefully a raise or job security (Your conference rival wants your coach, better keep him another year or two)

Like wise coach B-Z lets Sexton know they would be interested in a change so he floats them out to said school, "Coach A will hear what you have to say but let me tell you about coach G, he would also be interested if you didn't think you had a chance".

That said, Gus told Sexton he would again entertain Arkansas if it gave him a clean getaway ahead of the lynch mob forming on the plains, ala Houston Nutt and the golden parachute.

You want sauces, ole Dale has a sauce close to Gus.

I'm pretty indifferent on Gus, I know he doesn't give credit where its due sometimes especially when talking about his early career in eastern Arkansas, but you would think he would credit those who were paying to support him and his family when they were not making enough to do it on their own, but never a mention of this from him, and I guess it would be a little embarrassing.

What I do have a problem is his equivalent to the wishbone in today's game has one key opponent in a dual threat QB to make it work, yet he's signed more pro-style QBs than anything and only seems to resort to the running QB when his job is on the line.
