Sosa wouldn't help. The RBs weren't the problem, it was the OL. Having a bigger RB doesn't fix that problem.

The problem was not running off tackle and trying to just cram it up the middle. They were loading up at the 0 technique and both 1 techniques and just crashing inside.

We did try to run off tackle. Garrett ate it up.

We should run a PA pass every now and then too. NFL teams run it all the time out of 3TE sets on the GL

Their 57 goal line stands all run together for me.

I was surprised that Cantrell and Hayden Johnson were complete non factors in the passing game.

That would've been optimal time for PA pass to FB.

That's a good observation.

Looked like AA scored with that second effort. I don't really blame the refs for calling it the other way as it was so close, but just another example of breaks not going our way when we weren't otherwise shooting ourselves in the foot.

We should've thrown the ball to Sprinkle down on the goal line. They were stuffing the run all night for the most part. I just felt that for the first time, Enos' play calling was off. Couple that with the stubbornness of trying to run it when we were having success passing on them...really at will.

I still like this team and feel like we'all be in every game we play.

On the 4th down play where Hatcher was tackled.. it should have been a pitch to the running back to the short side of the field with all of the motion going the opposite direction. That probably would have worked.
