I saw a blurb where Graham said it would make him think but that he would wait to see who replaces him

Not really surprised, he left TCU after only a couple seasons as LB coach.
Seems that is what he is wanting to do, go somewhere for a couple seasons then move on to somewhere else.

I'm not really melting at all. He's a good LB coach but we can probably get a coach of similar talent that is HOPEFULLY a better recruiter for cheaper. Spaight became an absolute monster and Ellis has grown but neither were really any good until Robb MF Smith came so I'm really not sure how much credit to attribute to Shannon. It makes sense for him to go back to his home state where it'll be easier for him to recruit to. Idk. Good luck to him. Let's go get our guy.

Spaight became monster because of his effort in the film room.
That isn't coaching, that is personal responsibility of the player, a work ethic that hopefully Spaight has passed along to the other LBers on the team and will continue to be taught to incoming players.

I think ya'll will miss him as LB coach, he coaches talent up. Now that is not saying that he can be replaced without missing a beat

This one hurts, me personally anyway.
This top to bottom, was one of the most talented defensive staffs I have seen.
Really hoping things hold together from here

I'd never heard of Robb Smith til he got here.I've got to trust Bret here, seems he knows what he's doing.
