He's had his fair share of injuries, but it's still surprising considering Detroit's SB window is still wide open.

He was a dude.
The night he played with a broken bone in his throat.
Played through a torn pec muscle
Busted his tail for 7 years and was a 4 time pro bowler, 3 time All Pro 2nd team.
As hard as he went, his body was eventually going to wear out.
Dudes probably made 30 or 40 mil in 7 years.
He’s set for life and can go fish for the rest of his life.

There’s alot of punishment at his position, best to get out as quick as you can before you wind up with lingering effects. Great player and good luck in retirement…
