It's too early to tell if this guy is going to be good or not. It's just that simple. I think most everyone here is intelligent enough to understand that tChad isn't doing too well in Year One. It's painfully obvious to everyone in the country.
Thing is, most people understand that while it looks bad right now, it is too early to make a decision. Way too early.
Especially when there's like 30 million dollars in all this to date.
It always amazes me the folks who advocate throwing that kind of money in the trash in year one. I mean, even if this dude is right and tChad ends up being an abject failure, it is ridiculous to expect anyone to consider changing course after spending this sort of money to get rid of one failure, only to hire another, and throw it all away again.

Did I say Chad was in the same stratosphere as Nolan? Did I even say that Chad would be successful?
All I said was that if you judge a coach by how he does with someone else’s players then you would have had to have judged Nolan poorly being that he went 12-16 with Eddie’s players.
Point being it is ludicrous to judge a coach based on results he has using a roster that he had no hand in building
