They need to see it. I can’t imagine being part of that and sitting idly by. I’d be headhunting every play. The unit may suck, but I’d be lighting people up. Maybe the ridicule will light a little fire under some of them.

Time to play some walk ons. Find the craziest, toughest sumbitches we got and let them get some PT. There’s got to be someone on those sidelines that will bring some fire. Even if they suck, I can respect someone that will show some heart and effort. Hit someone’s arse on every play...legally, but set the tone. You’re leader don’t have to be your best player. I’d put every scholly and some NIL money up for grabs.
