So long story short.
Nova Joes got permission from batesville school to have a concession stand at the batesville football game with 100% of the proceeds going to the band.
A wealthy booster who has business interest in another coffee place in town (blue moon) got upset and threatened to withdraw his donations to the batesville schools. When I mean wealthy, I mean OT Rich Stacked. This person has donated Thousands if not Hundreds of thousands of dollars to the school.
Social Media took over and the batesville school district released a press release. Hours later, it was deleted passing the blame on coke.
Nova Joes went to southside(nearby school) Literally across the bridge and helped their band.
