I’ll bite on Norvell.....

He seems to be a good coach. Just need to figure out a defensive coordinator and high level position coaches on the other side of the ball.

Norvell with the super aggressive playcall on 4th down at midfield with a 9pt lead. They pick up the first down and score a TD on the next play to go up 16.

Damn. I want that.

But Norvell has never built a program up, just simply came in and kept it going....

and he loves coeds, who like to gamble....

Blah, blah, blah....

I don't care if the man likes gambling on naked co-ed foot races and sleeping with the winner, he can stage the nude races in DWRRS every Friday night as long as he wins.

This is the first complete game I've watched of his, it was just highlights and 10-15 minute chunks before now. His team is LEGIT.

He would need a good D-coordinator but his team looks so prepared and emergetic when held up next to ours. Same with SMU.

You can clearly see the lack of fundamentals, game planning, preparation, and energy in our team when held up next to these two - who we shouldn't even be compared to in a mediocre year!

We gotta make the change.

People say this but it’s a lot easier said than done, otherwise any good OC could just walk right in and do it at a P5 program.

I really like Norvell though and would take him in a heartbeat. After today it kinda makes me cringe seeing his defense give up so many big plays but I guess it can’t get any worse for us.

Most of the big plays were a guy wrapping up and somehow not finishing the tackle on both sides so far.

We would never pull off a 2 point play like that. Infact they have scored 3 2 point plays in a row.
