No idea... Depends on how bad the situation gets. Daughter had what should have been a minor ingrown toenail procedure done but left with no big toenails and an infection in both toes.

One infection has cleared but the other is still there and the new doc is slightly worried that the infection has entered the bone and amputation is a possibility

Ohh boy, sorry man!

Yeah, I had a surgeon totally mess up my Dad's spine several years ago, too much time passed even though neglect would be proven.

I hate this stuff

Damn that sucks cubs…so I know a guy, but he is probably the best legal defense guy in NWA. Not sure if he does what you’re asking, but it may be worth a call to his office and get input from them on who is reputable. Just google Ledbetter, Fayetteville lawyer and their office contact info will come up.

Seeing your situation, I would only want to deal with the best lawyers.

find the best nationally

if there's some issue about them not being from Arkansas, they can hire a local yokul to pinch hit while they run things behind the scenes

Not to be "that" guy, but isnt losing the toenails part of having an ingrown toenail procedure done? Ive removed a couple in school and sometimes they dont grow back.

Now the infection part sucks for sure. Ill keep yall in my prayers.

No, only when necessary... the podiatrist that we got a second opinion from when everything went shitty stated that he would not have removed them and she also used a frick LOAD of silver nitrate which was ill-advised according to the podiatrist and another nurse who specialized in wound care.

Medical malpractice cases are some of the most complex and costly legal cases for a plaintiff’s lawyer to handle. There are some good ones out there; overall I would recommend Bobby McDaniel. LINK

Waiting for the culture that the other doc fricked up but things seem better as of now. I won't sue unless she loses a toe.
