I'll just say that part of Bielema's contract/agreement isn't available for FOIA requests. I said the same thing two weeks ago and you guys laughed! Now Grant Hall is saying the exact same thing.

The newspaper is wrong too, but the $5.9 million figure is accurate RIGHT NOW.. The entire buyout was structured around the "5 year plan" that CBB brought to the table when hired, there's a reason the total valuation figure happens to change after the 5 year mark. It was meant to leave the UofA somewhat of an out after the 5th year AND be CBB-friendly if the plan succeeded and he got a 6th year; CBB was confident enough in his 5 year plan (at the time) that he signed off on it.

Ah yes, the old double-secret illegal government employee contact, how could I forget.
Unless you're suggesting the RF or another private entity has an entire buyout/contract of their own ON TOP of the university's that's been FOIAed.
